3. Reservations and Payments

Vehicle Pickup and Drop-off

Prohibited Activities
Prohibited uses of your rental:
- The vehicle must not be used for any unlawful activities. This includes racing, rallying, off-road driving, or other risky maneuvers. Transporting hazardous materials is strictly prohibited. Sub-letting to others or permitting unauthorized drivers is not allowed. Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs is forbidden. Additionally, the vehicle should not be used beyond its intended purposes and must adhere to passenger and weight restrictions. Operating outside agreed geographical boundaries requires prior approval.
Breach of these terms may lead to rental cancellation and extra fees.
Liability Limitations
To the fullest extent allowed under English and Welsh law, Car Hire Chorley will not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business, that may arise from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the rental fee paid in the previous 12 months. This limitation does not apply to liability for death or personal injury due to negligence or fraud.
